American Classic Bakery was started in 2001 in Perth Amboy, NJ with only 4 employees.
By 2003 the business had expanded so rapidly the bakery was moved to Linden, NJ and to date we have over 200 employees.
American Classic Bakery is well known throughout the world and we now service over 15 private label companies.
